1. Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties, meaning any previous agreements
are replaced by these terms.
2. Quote Validity
The quoted price is valid for 7 days from the date of the quote.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon receiving the invoice unless we’ve agreed on different terms.
4. Responsibility for Payment
The person who accepts the quote is responsible for making the payment.
5. Late Payment
Grass Master reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at the cost of borrowing plus
5%, from the due date until payment is received. We may also charge for all costs incurred in
recovering outstanding payments, including legal fees and debt collection charges.
6. Access and Permits
The person who accepts the quote must provide access to the premises and obtain any necessary
permits for us to perform the services.
7. Utilities
Clients must provide power and water if required for services like pressure cleaning or repairs. No
costs for their usage can be claimed.
8. Delays
Grass Master is not responsible for any delays beyond our control. We won’t be accountable for
delays caused by external factors.
9. Liability for Damages
Grass Master is only liable for damages in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. This
limits our liability for potential damages.
10. Photography and Videography Consent
Online Trend Ltd has permission to capture photos and videos of the work done on your property for
marketing and social media purposes. We will focus on the completed work and avoid identifiable
individuals and personal belongings unless agreed otherwise. If you don’t want certain areas or your
entire property recorded, please let us know before we start. You can see examples of our work on

11. Cancellation Notice
Please give 7 days’ notice if you wish to cancel or change your service.
